Clarified Banana Juice Concentrate

Extremely popular in multivitamin drinks in Europe, Banana Juice Concentrate (BJC) is primarily used as a filler or base for different multivitamin drinks. It is also used as a brix source for other types of drinks, including fruit nectars. The BJC has its banana aroma removed, consequently it does not provide banana taste or aroma to the different mixes. During the past 10 years, prices have been relatively stable. For 70° brix product, price has ranged from US$ 7.50.-$10 per gallon ex US warehouse for truckload quantities.

For 2009, we still have sufficient capacity to manufacture an additional 40,000 gallon.
